American Pro MMA fighter Sean O'Connell will be offering his knowledge and a decade of fight experience for FREE. The seminar will focus on what every fighter should know before stepping in the cage for the first time for Mixed Martial Arts competition.
Sean has trained under UFC world champions Jeremy Horn and Matt Hughes. He has also trained with UFC veterans Robbie Lawler and DeMarques Johnson. He is a former UCE heavyweight champion, and was a competitor on season 8 of the Ultimate Fighter. Sean O'Connel has the distinction of a successful career in three different weight classes, ranging from heavyweight, light heavyweight, and middleweight.
With a professional record of 16 wins and 4 losses, fighting out of Jeremy Horn's Elite Performance in West Jordan, Utah, USA- Sean is one of the toughest guys I personally know. Outside of fighting he is also a sports radio host for San Francisco's 95.7 FM The Game.
